Samsung globally launched the rumored Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini, which is a smaller version of the Samsung Galaxy S3 from Samsung. The Galaxy S3 Mini looks much like its larger sibling Samsung Galaxy S3 from outside.Galaxy S3 Mini not just that it has a smaller 4-inch screen and build, the S3 Mini also scales back the specifications most notably, it packs a slower CPU and it lacks 4G LTE capability.

The S3 Mini comes with a 4-inch Super AMOLED WVGA resolution display¬† with resolution 800×480 pixels, and Samsung says the screen has a curved design.With less pixel-dense 233 pixels per inch than the 4.8-inch Galaxy S3, 305.96 ppi, the Mini’s screen resolution is still well within range for a 4-inch screen.

The dimensions of the phone stands 4.8 x 2.5 x 0.39 inch and weighs 3.9 ounces, an equivalent to 121 x 63 x 9.85 mm, and 111.5 grams.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini deliberately sports a smaller 1GHz dual-core processor rather than the quad-core processor of the global S3 variety, The phone should still perform well for most users.

In Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini the 8-megapixel rear-facing camera of the original Galaxy S3 is replaced with a 5-megapixel camera. It’ll still come with an LED flash and a VGA front-facing camera.

The Galaxy S3 Mini for HSPA bands 14.4/5.76 900/1900/2100 and EDGE/GPRS 850/900/1800/1900 bands. there’s no LTE support,that fits into a strategy for tapping into various 3G networks worldwide.

Other features of Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini  include Bluetooth 4.0, NFC, and 8GB or 16GB versions with expandable memory up to 32GB. The 1,500mAh battery is on the smaller side, so expect needing to recharge the phone daily.

Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini runs on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean, other softwares are Samsung’s TouchWiz interface ,Samsung’s custom layer comes a plethora of software extras, including photo-sharing features among networked phones, and the excellent S Beam, a slight variation from the Android Beam file-sharing system using NFC to bump two phones together.It also include s voice.
