Get Focused on Work using Pomodroido Time Management App

Struggling with keeping focus, procrastination and a lack of Getting Things Done? Trying to find a good clock for the Pomodoro Technique? Hard time getting those New Year’s resolutions going? Here is an Android app named Pomodoro that works on Pomodoro Technique. The Pomodoro Technique is a way to get the most out of time management and it means ‘Tomato’ in Italian. Turn time into a valuable ally to accomplish what we want to do and chart continuous improvement in the way we do it. Pomodoro and break duration and adjustable, as well als the duration of the 4th break, which should be longer than default.

It also tracks how many “pomodoros” you’ve successfully completed (a pomodoro is aborted if you’re distracted), and gives you awards for doing well. My personal favorite feature is that you can have it continuously emit a ticking sound while the timer is running, just like a kitchen timer would. That’s an essential part of the technique, and it really helps me stay focused (it’s difficult to forget the pomodoro is running – you can constantly hear it in the background).

There is a paid version for this app too which has these added features:
– You can skip main screen
– Integration with Tasker (Events, 3rd Part app)

What’s coming in the next versions? (our priority depends on your interests; so please e-mail me with feedback!)
• Analytics
• Achievements
• Pomodoros exportable
• A todo/task system
